A衣類はすべて平台に平置きし、外寸を測定しております。商品やデザインによっては若干の誤差が生じますので、あらかじめご了承ください。 All clothes are placed flat on a flat surface and measured for external dimensions.Please note that there may be some errors depending on the product and design.

Q注文から納品までどれくらい時間がかかりますか？ How long does it take from order to delivery?

Aご注文確定後、2～7営業日以内に発送いたしております。土日祝日を挟む場合は遅延する場合があります。 We ship within 2-7 business days after your order is confirmed. There is a possibility that it will be delayed if there are weekends and holidays.

Q配送業者はどこですか Which company is the delivery company?

A現在、エコ配、クリックポスト、レターパックのみのお取扱いとなります。海外への配送は、EMSにてお送りいたします。 Currently, only Eco-Delivery, Click Post, and Letter Pack are available in Japan. International shipping will be sent by EMS.

Qお届け地域について教えてください。 Please tell me about the delivery area.

A日本全国へお届けいたします。海外のお客様につきましては、EMS使用範囲可能の国のみとさせていただきます。 It will be delivered to all parts of Japan. For international customers, we only offer EMS coverage in countries.

支払方法：クレジットカードによる決済がご利用頂けます。支払時期：商品注文確定時でお支払いが確定致します。
